Safe Only provides fully trained SIA door supervisors, welfare staff, and medics to a widening range of settings.
Our home will always be nightlife, but you’ll find us in galleries, shops, cafes, sports events, festivals, and beyond.
From a single worker to a team of 15, we can cater to bookings of all shapes and sizes, and across all communities.
Security Staffing
SIA-licensed, queer-identified professionals
Positioned at key event zones (entrances, dancefloors, exits)
Calm, community-minded presence trained in trauma-informed practice
Welfare Support
Staff trained in mental health first aid, substance use response, and LGBTQIA+ support
Available to support intoxication, dysphoria, anxiety, assault disclosures, and more
Equipped with water, snacks, PPE, and grounding tools
Training & Consultancy
Customised workshops for promoters, staff, and venues
Topics include: working with queer/trans communities, de-escalation, and neurodivergence in nightlife
Can be combined with event coverage
