What we offer
Safe Only provides fully trained SIA door supervisors, welfare staff, and medics to a widening range of settings.
Our home will always be nightlife, but you’ll find us in galleries, shops, cafes, sports events, festivals, and beyond.
From a single worker to a team of over 50, we can cater to bookings of all shapes and sizes, and across all communities.
Security Staffing
SIA-licensed, queer-identified professionals with extensive experience working in nightlife environments. Our team is positioned across key event zones including entrances, dancefloors and exits, maintaining a calm, community-minded presence that supports both safety and flow throughout the venue.
Trained in trauma-informed practice, conflict management and de-escalation, our staff prioritise respectful intervention and proactive safeguarding while managing access points, monitoring crowd dynamics and responding to incidents where necessary.
We work closely with promoters, venue teams and welfare staff to ensure events remain safe, inclusive and well managed for everyone in the space.
Welfare Support
Staff trained in mental health first aid, substance use response, and LGBTQIA+ support
Available to support intoxication, dysphoria, anxiety, assault disclosures, and more
Equipped with water, snacks, PPE, and grounding tools
Training & Consultancy
Customised workshops for promoters, staff, and venues
Topics include: working with queer/trans communities, de-escalation, and neurodivergence in nightlife
Can be combined with event coverage
